Description

You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and within scope. As a team leader, you will ensure effective communication, clear priorities, and a positive working atmosphere, including in a fully remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead projects across all stages of the project lifecycle
• Manage a project team (e.g., developers, designers, QA, analysts)
• Define priorities, schedules, and budgets
• Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies, and respond to deviations
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders and clients (reporting, status meetings, expectation management)
• Run project ceremonies (planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups)
• Continuously improve team processes and working methods

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role
• Experience managing a project team, preferably distributed
• Good knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and/or traditional methodologies (e.g., Waterfall)
• Hands-on knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp)
• Very good communication and organizational skills
• Independence, responsibility, and ability to make decisions
• English proficiency at least B2
