Description

You will be responsible for the IT infrastructure area and lead the team that manages network, telecommunications, and virtualized server plus storage/backup environments. The role also includes ensuring operational IT security through vulnerability management and driving IT best practices, norms, and standards. You will shape the IT future with your ideas as part of the leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Own responsibility for the IT infrastructure area with the team

• Manage the network across the main office, branch offices, and data centers

• Operate and support the telecommunications system (Office and call center technology)

• Administer the virtualized server environment and centralized storage and backup environment

• Ensure operational IT security via vulnerability management

• Coach and develop employees in a leadership role

• Advance best practices, norms, and standards

• Contribute to the company’s IT future in the leadership team and bring forward ideas

Requirements

• Completed IT degree or equivalent vocational training

• In-depth technical expertise in at least one of the responsible areas

• Ideally leadership, project management, or team leader experience

• Ideally experience with ITIL or ISO 27001

• Proactive approach, self-initiative, and willingness to bring new ideas

• Situational leadership style

• Clear, solution-oriented communication at eye level

• Empathy and ability to build sustainable relationships with different stakeholders
