• Focus: First-line user support, PC/laptop maintenance, IT asset tracking, and support for WMS/TMS systems

Description

You will be the key contact in the IT team for everyday user IT issues and requests. Responsibilities include installing and maintaining PCs/laptops, managing IT equipment records, supporting a mobile phone fleet, and helping users work in WMS and TMS logistics systems. You will communicate with internal users and customers while documenting and resolving technical requests.

Responsibilities

• Provide user support by solving daily IT problems and fulfilling IT requests
• Install, reinstall, and service PCs/laptops; prepare new workstations
• Maintain clear records of IT assets and accessories
• Configure, manage, and track company phones and SIM cards
• Support users in WMS (warehouse management) and TMS (transport management) systems
• Communicate with customers and internal users during technical request resolution

Requirements

• Excellent Czech (spoken and written)
• Basic English for customer communication and reading technical documentation
• Basic-to-advanced knowledge of Windows and office applications
• Basic-to-advanced knowledge of PC hardware
• Communication skills, patience, and a customer-focused approach
• Independence, logical thinking, and willingness to learn
• Proactive and reliable work style
• Knowledge or experience with WMS/TMS is an advantage (not required)
