Description

You will analyze how customers’ businesses operate and identify improvement opportunities, including proposing and validating new ways to apply modern IT and business trends. The role also includes designing and testing AI/LLM model capabilities for automating business processes and developing IT solutions and products that increase customer value. You’ll actively participate in projects as a business or technology consultant and coordinate communication between customers and the delivery team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current business operations and find opportunities for improvement

• Explore and validate new ways to use the latest IT and business trends

• Design and test AI/LLM capabilities for business process automation

• Develop IT solutions and products to increase customer added value

• Act as a business or technology consultant in active projects

• Communicate with customers and business owners and connect customer needs with the team

Requirements

• Experience in consulting, business analysis, or business and IT product development

• Interest in business and IT innovation

• Strong analytical skills and structured thinking

• Ability to quickly get oriented in new topics

• Agility and flexibility

• Excellent communication skills (customer interviews, workshop facilitation)

• Management and coordination skills

• Advanced English communication (oral and written)

• Ability to take ownership and complete tasks

• Customer- and team-oriented approach
