Description

You will manage the delivery of ICT services for assigned customers, including customer communication, periodic service reporting, invoicing support, and consulting on complex service delivery tasks. You will also contribute to ICT projects (planning, implementation, and evaluation), coordinate documentation labeling/versioning, and align subcontractor/third-party resources for optimal utilization. Finally, you will monitor costs for individual assignments and support efficient service execution.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with assigned customers about service delivery progress
• Prepare periodic reports on provided services
• Prepare inputs for invoicing
• Act as a consultant for the assigned customer and help resolve complex service delivery tasks
• Participate in preparation, implementation, and evaluation of ICT projects
• Coordinate with project managers on correct documentation labeling and precise version identification for ICT project/service documentation
• Organize collaboration with subcontractors/third parties and coordinate resources for optimal use
• Track costs for each assignment/project

Requirements

• Secondary school or university degree in a technical field
• Experience in ICT services
• Experience participating in ICT projects
• PRINCE2® Foundation certification or similar (preferred)
• Experience with ICT projects in public administration (advantage)
• Flexibility and responsibility
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
