Description

Work as an ICT Business Analyst connecting business needs with IT solutions for an international transformation program. Analyze and document business requirements, prepare functional specifications, and collaborate with developers, testers, architects, and stakeholders to implement and improve systems and processes. Use agile methods and tools to deliver practical, real-world digital modernization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into concrete IT solutions
• Communicate with users, identify needs, and help formulate requirements
• Prepare assignments, functional specifications, and materials for development teams
• Collaborate with developers, testers, architects, and other teams during implementation
• Propose process optimizations and improvements to existing systems
• Participate in local and international projects within the transformation program
• Bring new ideas and actively influence the future shape of applications and processes

Requirements

• Secondary or university education (SŠ/VŠ)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, process management, or designing IT solutions
• Experience collecting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
• Orientation in the IT environment and the software development lifecycle
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Ability to communicate effectively with business requesters and technical teams
• Analytical thinking, systematic approach, and drive to complete tasks
• Communicative English for international collaboration
• Proactive mindset, independence, and team spirit
