Description

You will advise clients end-to-end on digitalization, ECM solutions (ELO) and AI. You analyze existing business processes and customer requirements, develop tailored solution concepts, and document them as a binding basis for implementation. You translate complex customer needs into structured concepts and practical requirements while acting as the key communication link across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, continuous consulting on digitalization, ECM (ELO) and AI

• Analyze current business processes and customer requirements in structured discussions and workshops to identify optimization potential

• Create customized concepts and solution descriptions and document them for implementation

• Translate complex business wishes into structured concepts and concrete, practical requirements for the project team

• Structure project phases and coordinate as the central link between customer, sales, and internal specialist teams during delivery

• Concept, moderate, and independently lead customer workshops, specialist meetings, and end-user trainings

• Actively support sales in presales: analyze preliminary requirements and develop initial solution approaches

Requirements

• Completed degree (e.g., Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration with an IT focus) or comparable IT-focused qualification

• Strong process-oriented, analytical, and solution-oriented way of thinking

• Good technical know-how of software solutions, modern IT systems, and interfaces

• Experience in designing IT solutions; ECM experience (ideally with ELO) or digitalization project experience is a plus

• Confident presentation skills and ability to explain complex topics in an audience-appropriate way

• Team-oriented; works independently and organizes appointments autonomously; enjoys direct customer contact

• Negotiation-level German and good English skills (spoken and written)
