Description

Manage and develop an IT team while ensuring continuous and secure operation and improvement of IT systems and applications. You will implement information security and data protection policies, oversee access/permissions and licensing, and coordinate external IT services. You will also support vendor/service selection through specifications and technology/process enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the team, including developing team members’ competencies

• Oversee and optimize performance indicators for processes delivered by the team and implement technology improvements

• Ensure continuity and development of IT systems/applications, supporting optimal performance

• Supervise IT security and implement data protection policies

• Manage IT access, permissions, and licenses

• Supervise external providers’ services for IT support

• Create specifications for orders and oversee selection of IT service providers and equipment

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science (documented by a diploma)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position

• Experience implementing and building modern systems and applications

• Ability to organize own work and manage the team

• Analytical thinking, difficult problem-solving, and business-focused mindset

• Decision-making ability and collaboration in a changing business environment

• Proactive attitude toward improving efficiency and process quality
