Description

You will design, develop, improve, and govern AI agents that perform controlling tasks. The role blends finance, data, and AI to automate routine and analytical FP&A work faster and more reliably, while ensuring appropriate human control.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents for controlling tasks (from requirements to workflow design and deployment)

• Automate recurring work such as monthly closing, reporting, and reconciliations

• Prepare variance analyses, comments on results, and ad-hoc analyses

• Support and automate forecasting and budgeting processes

• Implement oversight and governance: control mechanisms, approval levels, and audit trails, ensuring humans have final say where needed

• Continuously improve and maintain the agents based on feedback and changing controlling needs

Requirements

• Experience in controlling, FP&A, or finance; understanding of closing, reporting, and planning

• Technical proficiency with data; ideally SQL or Python at a level where you can prototype and verify logic

• Experience with or strong interest in AI tools and agent systems

• Analytical thinking and ability to translate business requirements into working solutions

• Independence, accountability, and a strong sense of precision
