Description

Lead and develop the marketing function for a major Czech job portal. Own the marketing strategy and roadmap across performance, brand, mailing, analytics, AI automation, SEO, and CRM, while ensuring execution runs smoothly. Work to scale, optimize, and uncover new opportunities using data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop marketing across performance, brand, email/mailing, analytics, AI automation, SEO, and CRM

• Manage and align a small team of specialists

• Create and run the marketing strategy and roadmap

• Ensure initiatives are executed and working as intended

• Identify opportunities to scale and optimize

• Set up and manage campaigns in key channels such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn

Requirements

• Experienced marketing manager who has led teams or cross-discipline marketing projects

• Analytical decision-maker who relies on data, not intuition

• Innovator comfortable using AI tools to find shortcuts and opportunities

• Independent, proactive, and able to communicate effectively across the company

• Not a system caretaker; ability and willingness to rebuild/improve systems
