Description

You will help digitize and transform finance and controlling processes by spotting AI and process automation opportunities, evaluating new tools, and building/implementing solutions. You will work closely with Finance and Controlling teams to turn AI and automation into practical applications and decision support based on more reliable data.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI and automation application potentials with Finance/Controlling

• Assess new AI and automation technologies and tools

• Automate finance/controlling processes using approaches such as RPA or DPA

• Design, build, and implement applications for Finance and Controlling

• Advise Finance and Controlling on AI and automation

Requirements

• C1-level German and Polish; B2-level English

• Experience creating concepts and implementing AI use cases

• Programming knowledge and productive implementation experience for technology solutions

• Familiarity with automation tools (UiPath, Flowable, or n8n)

• Experience working with SAP and process mining (ideally for finance/controlling)

• Ability to analyze complex topics, structure them, and implement in a business environment

• Strong interpersonal and consulting skills; willingness to collaborate and implement improvements

• Completed higher education, preferably in IT or a related field
