• Role: AI Solutions Designer

Description

Design and build AI agent solutions that help people become better at their jobs. Work with customers from discovery to a working AI solution by translating domain expertise and messy requirements into agent behavior, realistic personas and simulations, and coaching/evaluation flows. Test the agents yourself, improve them using customer feedback, and identify reusable patterns across customers.

Requirements

• Be genuinely AI-native and comfortable experimenting with modern AI systems

• Ability to handle ambiguity by asking strong questions and turning incomplete information into concrete designs

• Strong customer-facing skills with senior stakeholders and domain experts, including workshop facilitation and trust-building

• Strong product and design judgment and willingness to iterate until AI conversations feel right

• Prefer building working agents (using the platform/tools) rather than handing off specifications
