Description

You will design, deliver, and operate critical enterprise software from analysis through production operations, using an AI-first workflow with agents and assistants. The role unifies front-end, back-end, mobile, and testing responsibilities, with full accountability for correctness, security, performance, and maintainability. Seniority is demonstrated by strong end-to-end engineering skills and the ability to apply AI effectively in every phase.

Responsibilities

• Use AI agents and assistants as a primary tool throughout analysis, solution design, development, code review, testing, documentation, deployment, and operations
• Critically evaluate AI-generated outputs; verify, refactor, and secure code—never ship what you don’t fully understand
• Automate recurring development and operational tasks (scaffolding, tests, migrations, monitoring, incident resolution) with AI
• Convert business requirements into functional software across the stack (front-end, back-end/microservices, integrations, data, and possibly mobile)
• Use AI to quickly improve productivity even outside your main specialization; deliver features from idea to production
• Perform and require code reviews; ensure automated testing and a baseline quality level

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience across the full software development lifecycle: analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operations
• Full-stack capability: experience with at least one back-end technology (e.g., Java/Kotlin, PHP) and/or one front-end technology (e.g., Vue.js, React, TypeScript) and the ability to work across the rest of the stack with AI support
• AI-first approach: practical experience with AI assistants and agents for development (e.g., Claude Code, Copilot)
• Experience with databases (relational and/or NoSQL), Git, and modern development tools
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Communicative English plus Czech or Slovak
