Description

You will support the development of technology solutions for Finance and Controlling by identifying AI and automation opportunities, evaluating new tools, and designing/implementing use cases. You will automate finance processes (e.g., via RPA/DPA) and provide advisory support on AI and automation. You’ll work closely with Finance and Controlling teams to improve processes and enable faster, better decisions based on more reliable data.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI and automation application potentials in close cooperation with Finance and Controlling

• Assess new AI and automation technologies and tools

• Automate processes (e.g., using RPA or DPA)

• Develop and implement applications for the Finance and Controlling department

• Advise Finance and Controlling teams on automation and AI

Requirements

• Fluent German and Polish (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2)

• Experience creating and implementing AI use cases

• Knowledge of programming languages and experience deploying technology solutions productively

• Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Flowable, or n8n) and experience with SAP and Process Mining (ideally in Finance/Controlling)

• Ability to analyze complex topics, structure them, and implement solutions in a business environment

• Strong interpersonal and consulting skills; desire to collaborate and implement improvements

• Completed higher education (preferably Computer Science or a related field)
