Description

You will progressively take over controlling work for project SPVs, comparing financial plans, cash flow, and accounting data against actual results and current expectations. You will connect the numbers to the real state of each project, identify the causes of deviations, and prepare conclusions and recommendations for project managers. The role also includes working with an internal SPV controlling tool that automates key activities and helping develop it further, using AI where it improves speed or quality.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial plans, cash flow, and accounting data
• Compare plan, actuals, and current expectations
• Identify drivers of variances and explain their implications for the project
• Prepare conclusions and recommendations for project stakeholders
• Use and help improve an internal SPV controlling tool that automates processes
• Apply AI to accelerate or improve analyses; over time, contribute to automation and client-oriented solutions

Requirements

• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to investigate root causes of deviations
• Ability to learn quickly and proceed when the assignment is unclear
• Ownership and independence in completing tasks/projects, including coordination with others
• Basic knowledge of corporate finance and accounting: cash flow, balance sheet, income statement, receivables, payables
• Excel proficiency
