Description

Design and develop applications using AI models, including LLMs, combining traditional software engineering with practical AI and automation. Translate business needs into technical solutions, implement and integrate applications with existing systems, and support testing, monitoring, and automated deployment. Use AI tools and agents throughout development (analysis, planning, implementation, testing, documentation) and ensure secure data handling in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and integrate AI-enabled software solutions

• Convert business requirements into technical implementations and architectures

• Develop/consume AI agents and AI tools for parts of the development lifecycle

• Prepare and maintain tests, monitoring, and automated release processes

• Validate AI-generated code within a controlled delivery workflow

• Document solutions and changes

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of software development experience

• Strong knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, C#, or Java)

• Experience designing and implementing services, APIs, integrations, databases, and automated tests

• Practical experience building and deploying AI solutions used by real users

• Experience working with AI models including LLMs; clear contribution to code and architecture

• Practical use of AI tools/agents in development for analysis, planning, implementation, testing, and documentation

• Ability to verify AI-generated code and apply it in a controlled software delivery process

• Knowledge of IT security and data processing in regulated environments

• Ability to analyze processes and identify automation opportunities

• Ability to collaborate at the business–technology interface

• Availability for in-office meetings in Wrocław
