Description

You coordinate technical activities in anode manufacturing with a strong emphasis on ensuring high equipment availability. You diagnose errors by evaluating unplanned downtime and disturbances and derive measures to eliminate issues, while also optimizing the maintenance interface and planning/coordination of shutdowns. You support optimization or modernization projects, align work processes across shifts, and contribute to employee technical qualification through training materials.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high equipment availability

• Analyze faults, evaluate unplanned stoppages and disturbances, and derive corrective actions

• Optimize the interface to maintenance

• Plan and coordinate shutdowns

• Participate in projects to optimize or modernize existing equipment

• Coordinate work processes across shifts

• Support technical qualification of employees

• Create training materials for production processes, equipment, and maintenance/repair work

• Represent plant management (Grünanlage)

Requirements

• Completed training as an Industrial Mechanic or comparable qualification

• Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance

• Specialist knowledge in plant engineering

• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, maintenance strategies, and thermal fluid oil systems

• Knowledge of MS Office and SAP

• Hands-on mindset

• Strong performance drive and excellent self-organization

• Strong team and communication skills
