Description

You will support the coordination of vehicle development projects by monitoring milestones, deadlines, testing results, and task status. You will work with technical documentation, project data, and technical reports, ensuring timely communication and completion of project activities. You will also support project meetings, track action items, and help identify and resolve deviations from the project plan.

Requirements

• Technical education or experience in a technical field, ideally automotive

• Advanced German (B2–C1+) and English proficiency for confident daily communication

• Strong organizational and coordination abilities

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

• Detail-oriented, systematic approach to work

• Experience with project documentation, managing timelines, and working with technical data

• Start immediately or within 1 month
