Description

Ensure production quality and efficiency by operating, monitoring, and documenting bottling systems while complying with internal and external regulations. Optimize work and process flows, handle machine troubleshooting and maintenance activities, and provide clear documentation. Lead, train, and develop production staff and support spare-parts planning.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production runs with the required quality and efficiency according to all applicable internal and external guidelines
• Operate, control, and monitor bottling facilities including required process documentation
• Optimize work and process processes in your area and with adjacent areas
• Troubleshoot malfunctions, perform machine changeovers/setups, and coordinate and carry out repairs, cleaning, and maintenance
• Lead, train, and further develop employees in production
• Record spare parts needs and initiate parts procurement
• Document all actions taken
• Ensure compliance with quality and energy standards

Requirements

• Completed training in the food sector or in a technical field
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system and occasionally on weekends
• Organizational skills and enjoyment of daily challenges
• Technical understanding with independent, solution-oriented working style
• Ability to think across departments and develop holistic solutions
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Accurate working style, strong quality and responsibility awareness, absolute reliability, and very good teamwork
• Enjoy working with people
