Description

You will support end users with hardware and software issues both on-site and remotely, delivering quick and sustainable solutions. You will analyze and prioritize IT incidents, identify root causes, and help ensure stable operations. You will also support endpoint lifecycle tasks and contribute to modern workplace rollouts and the use of AI-enabled tools for knowledge search and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support end users with hardware and software topics on-site and remote; ensure fast and lasting solutions
• Analyze and prioritize IT incidents, identify causes, and ensure stable operations
• Manage, install, and replace PCs, notebooks, mobile end devices, peripherals, and production-near IT systems
• Coordinate closely with production, functional teams, and central IT units to ensure efficient processes and high service quality
• Actively support the introduction and further development of modern workplace solutions and collaboration tools
• Bring new ideas for using AI-supported tools for knowledge research, documentation, and optimization of support processes

Requirements

• Completed IT training or comparable qualification
• Multi-year experience in IT customer service
• Solid knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and mobile end devices
• Basic experience with AI solutions and strong understanding of data protection, IT security, and compliance
• Very good German skills and good English skills
