Description

Drive process logistics projects from client discovery through implementation and the startup of new sites. You will analyze client needs, map logistics flows, propose tailored solutions, and prepare pricing calculations. The role also ensures delivery timelines with management reporting, supports contract finalization, and defines WMS (warehouse management system) requirements in coordination with IT.

Responsibilities

• Process inquiries for new clients: analyze needs, map logistics flows, design solutions, and prepare price calculations.

• Collaborate with Sales on contractual documentation during final contract tuning.

• Manage project implementation: create action plans and coordinate dates and resources across internal teams and external vendors.

• Actively support the launch of new sites and flexibly respond to changes during ramp-up.

• Guarantee compliance with implementation deadlines and subsequent reporting to company leadership.

• Optimize warehouse processes and material flows for existing clients in close cooperation with warehouse operations.

• Create IT requirements for WMS development; actively participate in testing and deployment of new functionalities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the field with strong orientation in logistics processes.

• Knowledge of WMS system principles (experience with WMS implementation is an advantage).

• English at B2 level.

• Willingness to travel within Czech Republic.

• Professional conduct and excellent communication skills.

• Analytical thinking and ability to follow through on tasks.
