Description

Manage and improve IT and operational processes to support infrastructure and energy projects. Conduct analyses, develop solution approaches, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and help implement infrastructure projects. Collaborate with the team to improve local quality of life and strengthen responsibility in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Co-create the energy future for Chemnitz and South Saxony
• Work as a team to improve quality of life locally
• Take responsibility for executing infrastructure projects
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Perform analyses and develop solution approaches
• Promote team spirit and personal responsibility in day-to-day operations

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in a relevant field or relevant experience
• Experience in municipal infrastructure or energy industry
• Teamwork and a strong sense of responsibility
• Willingness to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Good communication skills in German; ideally also English
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
