Description

You will develop strategic concepts for future use of Warehouse Management Systems, implement new WMS solutions, and help shape logistics processes with business departments. You will coordinate testing of new solutions and monitor implemented processes for effectiveness, reliability, and usability, adjusting them as needed. You will also ensure alignment and communication between internal departments and external service providers.

Responsibilities

• Develop, analyze, and plan strategic concepts for future use of Warehouse Management Systems in the components business area

• Establish and roll out new Warehouse Management Systems; co-design and implement processes together with business departments

• Identify and implement improvement measures for logistics processes with business departments

• Monitor implemented processes for effectiveness, reliability, and usability; adjust when needed

• Coordinate department testing of new solutions and processes

• Ensure coordination and communication between business departments and external service providers as the central point of contact

Requirements

• Completed training as a state-certified technician

• Multi-year experience with processes involving and connected to Warehouse Management Systems in industrial companies

• Knowledge of project management

• Good knowledge of WMS software (Kugler/WAMAS) and ERP knowledge (e.g., InforLN/SAP)

• Strong German skills and English at negotiation level

• Solution-oriented and independent working style, strong communication, reliability, and presentation skills
