Description

You will handle routine and complex user and customer requests for HR solutions, supporting external customers and internal users with technical questions and application usage. The position includes managing support requests in Atlassian Jira Service Desk, assisting with the candidate management system (heroes), and coordinating between business departments and developer teams. You will also implement minor system adjustments and provide coaching when needed.

Responsibilities

• Process customer and user inquiries for HR solutions via Atlassian Jira Service Desk (structured, clear, solution-oriented)
• Provide technical support for external customers and internal users using HR solutions
• Support and maintain the candidate management system (heroes) and assist with other planned HR solutions
• Escalate more complex cases to the technical team and coordinate alignment between business units and developer teams
• Make minor system modifications and deliver individual coaching when required

Requirements

• Study or apprenticeship in IT, business/commercial, BWL, or business informatics
• High technical and IT affinity, including competency in incident and service request management (e.g., Jira) and interface communication between business departments and developer teams
• Familiarity with project management software, ideally Jira
• Routine in application/software support for enterprise solutions (ERP, CRM) and conducting user trainings via phone, chat, or email
• Analytical mindset, strong service orientation, and ability to communicate technical topics clearly
• Very good German and secure English in written and spoken communication
