Description

Coordinate and further develop the BMBF-funded consortium project “Moin!MINT” focused on MINT education for youth, including administrative project management and evaluation. Build and run a school competition across Steinburg, Nordfriesland, and Dithmarschen with pedagogical support for participating educational institutions. Organize maker-spaces and MINT action days, handle public relations and networking (including social media marketing), and plan and conduct events.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, steer, evaluate, and further develop the consortium project; manage overall administrative project work
• Set up and run a school competition across multiple districts and provide educational institutions with pedagogical support
• Conduct maker-spaces and MINT-themed activity days
• Manage public relations and networking, including social media marketing
• Plan and carry out events

Requirements

• Completed degree (Bachelor, Diploma, or Master) in Business Administration or Engineering
• Valid Driver’s License Class B
• Preferred: knowledge and practical experience in project work and project management, and experience working with children and adolescents
• Preferred: high engagement and ability to work independently and responsibly
• Preferred: communication and presentation skills
• Preferred: creativity, persuasive ability, perseverance, and structured working style
• Preferred: identification with MINT topics and sustainable development
