Description

You support the management and project team with planning, organizing, and tracking IT projects, including project-wide controlling and monitoring tasks. The role includes creating professional presentations, documentation, and reports, and coordinating meetings, business travel, and expense reconciliations. You also work closely with software partners and suppliers; you may take on smaller independent software-implementation projects if interested.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, organization, and follow-up of projects
• Create presentations, documentation, and reports; prepare them professionally
• Organize meetings and business trips; handle travel expense reconciliations
• Own controlling and monitoring for cross-project tasks
• Collaborate with software partners and suppliers
• Take on smaller independent projects, especially software rollouts/introductions, if interested

Requirements

• Completed commercial education or equivalent qualification
• Experience in project management or an assistant role (ideally in an IT environment)
• Strong affinity for numbers and good technical understanding
• Structured, independent, solution-oriented work style
• Communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Safe use of MS Office; strong sense for presentation and graphic content design
• Fluent German and good English (spoken and written)
• Availability at least 3 days per week on-site (with flexibility/mobile work depending on project situation)
