Description

Coordinate customer requests and align them with internal teams while running goal-oriented project management. Ensure quality and safety standards throughout the project and serve as the communication link between customers and the service center. Plan and monitor daily processes and carry out on-site customer appointments in the Frankfurt area.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer inquiries and align them with internal organization

• Act as internal and external point of contact

• Manage projects in a targeted and structured way

• Monitor quality and safety standards during project execution

• Communicate between customers and the service center

• Plan and oversee daily required activities and processes

• Conduct customer appointments on-site in the Frankfurt region

Requirements

• Technical or commercial training

• Strong sales aptitude; ideally rental experience

• Experience in the service sector

• Communication-strong and empathetic personality

• High service and success orientation

• Confident use of MS Office and other standard software

• Ability to stay composed in stressful situations

• English skills in both spoken and written form
