Description

You will be the organizational interface between customers and internal experts in the Energy Yield Forecasting department. You will manage customer inquiries from first contact through handover, clarify scope and effort, and prepare offers. After order intake, you coordinate projects, data, and internal processes and support the department lead with organizational and quality management (QM) topics.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, the specialist department, and other relevant internal departments in German and negotiation-proof English
• Accompany customer requests from initial contact to handover to experts
• Clarify service scope and required effort and create appropriate offers
• After order intake, coordinate projects, data, and internal workflows
• Answer organizational questions and involve the right experts for technical topics
• Support the department management with organizational and quality management (QM) matters

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay calm when multiple topics run in parallel
• ERP experience is desirable, e.g., with Odoo
• Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
• Secure communication in German and English (at least B2)
• Commercial understanding and confident handling of MS Office
• Interest in technical topics and willingness to learn wind energy and energy yield forecasting
