Description

You will lead the System Engineering team for series production and project work. You are responsible for personnel, production control, and coordination with production planning and scheduling. You will develop employees continuously and apply production methods such as 5S, Shopfloor, PDCA, and process analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide personnel responsibility for team members in series assembly and the project business
• Own production control for project business
• Act as the interface and main contact for production planning and scheduling
• Ensure employee qualification and continuous development
• Support vacation planning and step in during peak periods as needed

Requirements

• Training as electrician or mechatronics technician (or comparable qualification)
• Experience in mechanical or plant engineering, ideally in control cabinet manufacturing or energy chain production
• Initial leadership experience as team lead or deputy
• Familiarity with production methods: 5S, Shopfloor, PDCA, process analysis
• Structured, solution-oriented approach and business-minded thinking
• Team-oriented, committed, and highly loyal
• Willingness to help hands-on during staffing bottlenecks
