Description

You will lead a team of automation engineers responsible for programming robotics and mover systems on multiuse machines. You will analyze and optimize processes, develop platform-wide software standards, and ensure integration of improvements into pharma plants. You will support the team throughout project execution up to commissioning and collaborate with other departments to deliver solutions for customers.

Requirements

• Completed university degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering or comparable qualification

• Leadership experience

• Multi-year programming experience

• Very good PLC and Motion Control knowledge (ideally Rockwell and Siemens)

• Technical affinity and strong team collaboration skills

• Strong social, conceptual, and methodological competence

• Secure English skills

• Occasional travel readiness
