Description

You will translate customer specifications into requirements, support onsite customer systems when needed, and continuously evolve the technical capabilities of the systems based on current market trends. You will develop the technical and logical system architecture within a specialized software environment and manage complex customer projects from analysis to implementation. You will collaborate closely with multiple internal functions and support sales and product management in analyzing customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement requirements management based on customer specifications

• Provide onsite support for customer systems as needed to ensure requirements are implemented

• Further develop the systems technically considering current market trends

• Support sales and product management in analyzing customer requirements

• Contribute to defining and adhering to technical standards for products

• Hand over, check, and track requirements across the value chain

• Develop the technical and logical system architecture in the company’s specific software environment

• Own complex customer projects from analysis through implementation while working closely with different specialist areas

Requirements

• Strong technical understanding and interest, with a corresponding affinity

• Excellent communication skills with a focus on relevant internal and external stakeholders

• Good to very good English proficiency (spoken and written) at least level B2

• Experience in Model Based Systems Engineering

• Advantage: specific knowledge in special-purpose machine construction or mechanical engineering

• At least five years of relevant professional experience in mechanical engineering, focusing on automation technology
