Description

You will lead usability testing and analyze results to improve UX/UI for digital banking processes and screens. The role includes supporting teams in evaluating solutions, validating designs against user data, and creating UX/UI recommendations. You will also build and maintain research artifacts that support ongoing digital product development.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct usability tests for designed processes and screens

• Support teams in assessing proposed solutions

• Verify solution consistency with user data

• Analyze the effectiveness of implemented changes

• Produce UX/UI recommendations

• Create and maintain artifacts that support digital product development

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience conducting usability tests or user research

• Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods

• Experience working with mobile applications

• Ability to plan, execute, and analyze tests

• Experience collaborating with product or analytics teams

• Ability to present findings and communicate with stakeholders

• Knowledge of User-Centered Design principles

• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Figma
