Description

Design and evolve user experiences for banking web and mobile systems and applications. Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and responsive UI aligned with the organization’s Design System, then use UX research insights to drive design recommendations and support implementation.

Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interactive user concepts based on the Design System
• Design responsive (RWD) solutions for desktop and mobile applications
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative UX research results and translate findings into design recommendations
• Consult with developer teams and support the implementation of design solutions
• Participate in planning and conducting UX research; prepare research scenarios and analyze test outcomes
• Identify optimization areas and propose improvements to digital products and processes
• Co-create and develop UX standards applied across the organization

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a UX Designer or Product Designer for digital products
• Experience designing web and mobile applications
• Practical proficiency with prototyping and interface design tools (e.g., Figma)
• Experience creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interactive user flows
• Experience working with Design Systems
• Knowledge of UX research methods and ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data
• Ability to present, justify, and defend proposed solutions to stakeholders
• Experience collaborating with product and developer teams
• Knowledge of responsive design principles (RWD)
• Experience designing solutions for business and corporate financing
• Knowledge of credit processes for business and corporate clients
• Experience designing products related to loans, current financing, or investment financing
