Description

You will design user experiences and interfaces for digital banking channels by turning business and user needs into functional, consistent, and accessible UX/UI solutions. The role includes creating user flows, customer journeys, wireframes, and prototypes, preparing UI mockups aligned with a design system, and planning usability research and tests. You will collaborate with Product, analytics, developers, testers, and domain experts, and help validate and improve implemented solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design user experiences and digital interfaces
• Analyze user needs, business goals, and design requirements
• Create personas, user flows, customer journeys, wireframes, and prototypes
• Prepare UI mockups and UI designs consistent with the project design system
• Plan and run usability research and testing
• Work with Product Owner, analysts, developers, testers, and domain experts
• Present UX/UI concepts and justify decisions
• Ensure consistency across channels and touchpoints
• Verify implemented solutions and collaborate on improvements
• Contribute to maintaining UX design documentation and the design system

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience designing UX/UI for digital products
• Practical experience with the full UX design process (discovery → concept/prototyping → support for implementation)
• Experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final interfaces
• Very good knowledge of Figma
• Knowledge of responsive web and mobile interface design principles
• Ability to lead or co-lead usability research and tests
• Knowledge of accessibility principles and user-centered design
• Ability to work with design systems and maintain component consistency
• Ability to justify design decisions using data, user needs, and business goals
• Experience collaborating in Agile teams
• Independence and strong communication; ability to use and apply feedback
• Portfolio showing completed UX/UI projects
• Working English knowledge for documentation and team collaboration
