Description

You will design and develop digital products for an enterprise banking client, prioritizing consistency, scalability, and intuitive user experiences. The role includes creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive concepts for web and mobile (including responsive design), designing user experiences using the client’s Design System, and turning UX research findings into product decisions. You will also optimize user flows and customer journeys, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and present UX concepts and rationale to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive UX concepts for mobile and desktop applications

• Design experiences using a Design System and maintain consistency

• Conduct and participate in UX research (prepare materials, analyze results, validate solutions in a research space)

• Analyze qualitative/quantitative research outcomes and translate insights into design decisions

• Design and optimize user flows and processes for digital banking

• Collaborate with Product Managers, developers, business representatives, and UX experts

• Consult and refine designs with development teams to support implementation

• Present UX concepts and justify project decisions with business value and user experience in mind

• Propose improvements to usability and product coherence

• Support knowledge sharing and best practices for UX within the organization

• Monitor UX/UI trends and apply relevant standards and financial-sector regulations

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX/Product Design

• Strong experience designing web and mobile applications, including responsive design (RWD)

• Proven ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive concepts

• Experience leveraging Design Systems for consistency

• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative research results and apply them to design work

• Knowledge of UX research methods and usability testing

• Experience designing and optimizing user flows and customer journeys

• Ability to translate user needs and business requirements into design solutions

• Experience collaborating with product teams, developers, and business stakeholders

• Ability to present UX concepts and argue design decisions

• Awareness of UX design trends and best practices

• Excellent communication, analytical, and collaborative skills
