Description

The role focuses on improving production products through new features, process optimization, and refactoring in an omnichannel/mobile banking environment. You will work on onboarding, authorization, payments, and user self-service.

You will plan and run usability tests and user research, validate UX processes and screens, analyze user behavior and product data, and turn insights into actionable UX/UI and content recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Independently plan and carry out usability tests and user research
• Validate designed processes, screens, and functionalities
• Analyze user behavior and product data
• Identify problems and areas requiring optimization
• Prepare recommendations for UX/UI and content
• Create user models, customer/user journeys, process maps, and user flows
• Collaborate with product teams to validate new and improved features before and after implementation

Requirements

• Ability to independently plan and execute usability tests and user research
• Experience validating UX processes, screens, and functionalities
• Ability to analyze user behavior and product data
• Ability to identify UX problems and optimization opportunities
• Ability to create user models, customer/user journeys, process maps, and user flows
• Ability to collaborate with product teams for validation before and after release
