Description

You will support UX research for mobile and web banking applications by running usability tests and analyzing results in the context of UX/UI. You’ll help teams evaluate proposed solutions, validate alignment with user data, and measure the effectiveness of changes. You will also produce UX/UI recommendations and maintain artifacts that support digital product development.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct usability tests for designed processes and screens

• Support product/UX teams in assessing proposed solutions

• Verify that solutions match user insights/data

• Analyze the effectiveness of implemented solutions

• Create UX/UI recommendations based on research findings

• Create and maintain artifacts supporting digital product development

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in running usability tests or user research

• Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods

• Ability to plan, execute, and analyze usability tests

• Experience working with mobile applications

• Experience collaborating with product and/or analytics teams

• Ability to present results and communicate with stakeholders

• Knowledge of User-Centered Design principles

• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and Figma
