Description

You will design and run comprehensive UX research (qualitative and quantitative) to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points for a next-generation AI training platform.

You will synthesize research findings and turn them into product recommendations and user-centered communication materials.

You’ll collaborate with Product Managers, designers, and engineers, and support the team by facilitating workshops and mentoring junior researchers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute UX research: usability tests, interviews, field studies, diary studies, card sorting, tree testing, and A/B test analysis

• Collect, analyze, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources

• Convert insights into product recommendations and deliver artifacts such as personas, user journey maps, and experience flows

• Define research goals and align them with product strategy through close collaboration with PMs, designers, and engineers

• Run workshops and collaboration sessions to share findings and promote user-centered design

• Mentor junior UX researchers and develop UX research processes, tools, and standards

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of UX research experience with cross-functional product teams

• Expertise in mixed-method UX research: qualitative (interviews, usability testing, ethnographic research) and quantitative (quantitative UX research, A/B testing)

• Experience conducting research for mobile applications (Mobile UX Research)

• Practical familiarity with AI tools that support UX research work

• Fluent Polish and English at C1 level
