Description

Design and develop banking products with a focus on consistency, scalability, and intuitive user experiences across mobile and desktop. Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive concepts, analyze qualitative and quantitative research, and turn insights into UX decisions. Work with Product Managers, developers, and business stakeholders to present and defend UX solutions aligned with financial-sector regulations.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop banking products emphasizing consistency, scalability, and intuitiveness

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive concepts for mobile and desktop applications

• Analyze results from qualitative and quantitative research and apply them in the design process

• Collaborate with Product Managers, developers, business representatives, and other teams involved in product development

• Present UX solutions and justify design decisions

• Consult and refine wireframes together with development teams

• Participate in UX research: prepare research materials, analyze results, and test solutions

• Work on large-scale banking systems and applications

• Propose, present, and defend UX solutions internally

• Support UX knowledge development in collaboration with UX experts and specialists

• Monitor UX/UI trends and implement best practices compliant with financial-sector regulations

Requirements

• Experience designing digital products

• Experience designing mobile and desktop applications, including Responsive Web Design (RWD)

• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive concepts

• Experience working with Design Systems

• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative research outcomes and convert them into design decisions

• Ability to present design solutions and argue decisions with stakeholders

• Experience collaborating with product and development teams

• Experience with UX research and testing solutions

• Knowledge of UX/UI trends and design best practices

• Knowledge of banking UX processes for business and corporate customers
