Description

You will design and develop digital products for the banking–financial sector, translating user needs into functional and intuitive experiences. The role includes conducting qualitative user research and usability testing, validating business assumptions in the context of users’ needs, and preparing design solutions based on findings and UX best practices. You will also take part in Design Sprint/Design Thinking workshops and support or moderate them.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop digital products for the banking–financial sector
• Analyze user needs and turn them into functional, intuitive solutions
• Prepare and run qualitative research and usability tests
• Verify business assumptions considering users’ needs and expectations
• Participate in Design Sprint and Design Thinking workshops (moderate or support moderators)
• Produce design solutions based on research, analyses, and UX Research best practices
• Develop and leverage a Design System in the design process
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, researchers, analysts, developer teams, and business stakeholders
• Select methods, tools, and approaches aligned with product needs and delivery timelines
• Ensure consistency, usability, and high-quality user experiences

Requirements

• Experience as a UX Designer on digital product development projects
• Practical knowledge of User-Centered Design principles
• Ability to independently run design work and adapt methods/tools to business goals and project schedules
• Experience with qualitative research and usability testing
• Experience in workshops using Design Sprint and Design Thinking
• Knowledge of UX best practices and ability to apply them
• Experience with UX design tools (Axure, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Zeplin)
• Experience collaborating with business and technical stakeholders in large organizations
• Practical knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Analytical thinking to derive insights from research and propose design solutions
• Creativity, communication skills, and effective teamwork in cross-functional teams
• Openness to feedback, active listening, and understanding different perspectives
• Systematic and professional approach
• English proficiency for comfortable communication
