• Location: Hybrid (1 day/week in Warsaw, Łódź, Gdańsk, Wrocław, Poznań, Kraków, Lublin or Szczecin)

• Pay: 800–990 PLN net/day (based on experience and competencies)

Description

Design and develop digital products for the banking and financial sector, focusing on high-quality user experiences. Participate in Design Thinking and Design Sprint workshops (moderating or supporting the moderator), and conduct qualitative research and usability testing. Analyze findings to create optimized solutions for end users, while validating business assumptions and evolving the Design System.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop digital products in the banking/financial domain

• Support or moderate Design Thinking and Design Sprint workshops

• Prepare and conduct qualitative research and usability tests

• Verify business assumptions against user needs and expectations

• Analyze research results and propose optimal solutions for end users

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, researchers, analysts, development teams, and business stakeholders

• Develop and use the Design System throughout the design process

• Ensure consistently high quality of user experience at every product stage

Requirements

• Experience as a UX/UI Designer designing digital products, preferably in banking/financial services

• Higher education (required)

• Strong UX best practices and ability to turn user needs into intuitive solutions

• Experience with qualitative research and usability testing

• Knowledge of Design Thinking and Design Sprint methods

• Ability to independently choose design methods/tools, analyze problems, and validate business assumptions

• Proficiency with Axure, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Zeplin

• Experience working with Design System

• Experience with Jira and Confluence

• Good English communication (spoken and written)

• Creativity, analytical thinking, systematization, and strong engagement

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and actively listen/observe user needs
