Description

You’ll help develop and support workflows, applications, and automations by working with business users to understand processes and turn requirements into practical solutions. The role includes coordinating project tasks, communicating progress, troubleshooting issues, documenting work, and improving existing processes. Training will be provided on automation platforms including Microsoft Power Automate, WEBCON, and UiPath.

Requirements

• Hands-on development experience in any language or platform, with the ability and willingness to learn new tools
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and work directly with business users
• Based development skills in Java, C#, and Python
• Experience with APIs, SQL, or system integrations is a plus
