Description

Contribute to implementing the bank’s business-customer strategy by turning business requirements into system, integration, and non-functional requirements for the New Campaign Platform. Lead system analysis, describe system logic (algorithms, validations, business rules, edge cases), and model data and logical data structures. Prepare integration specifications, API contracts, Kafka message structures, error-handling rules, and operational/security requirements, collaborating closely with architects and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Verify business requirements for completeness, consistency, and technical feasibility; translate them into system, integration, and non-functional requirements.

• Independently conduct system analysis as part of designing the solution.

• Describe system logic: algorithms, validation, business rules, edge cases; create data/entity/relationship and logical data models.

• Identify source systems and data owners; verify required data availability and prepare integration specs.

• Define API contracts, Kafka message structures, and field mappings.

• Specify error handling, retries, timeouts, logging, and monitoring approach.

• Define requirements for security, data integrity, availability, SLA, performance, backup, and infrastructure.

• Work with the Architect to refine architectural assumptions, choose technologies, and participate in decomposition and estimation.

• Support development and testing teams during implementation and testing.

• Create and maintain system and integration documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of independent systems or integration analysis experience as an independent systems analyst.

• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements for technical teams.

• Practical knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Enterprise Architect.

• Practical knowledge of REST API and SOAP (HTTP methods; request/response structures) and JSON/XML; experience with Swagger UI and Swagger Editor.

• Knowledge of OpenAPI and the principles of creating and documenting API contracts.

• Practical use of Postman, SoapUI, Kafka UI (or similar tools).

• Knowledge of synchronous and asynchronous integrations and Apache Kafka.

• Knowledge of integration patterns and integration architectures.

• Ability to model processes using UML or BPMN.

• Basic knowledge of relational database design and SQL.

• Basic knowledge of Python, Java, C#, or another programming language.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure services.

• Ability to analyze technical documentation, logs, and data flows.

• Higher education in an IT-related field.

• Independence, analytical thinking, accuracy, good organization, and ability to propose implementation options.

• Experience in Agile or Scrum teams.

• Communicative English (spoken and written).
