Role Description

You will validate functional and non-functional business requirements for an internal client, then design integration processes and detailed integration solutions. Work closely with architects and developers, coordinating technical and project dependencies across IT teams, and support integration testing and defect analysis.

Responsibilities

• Validate business requirements (functional and non-functional)
• Design integration processes using UML (use-case, sequence, activity, component diagrams)
• Perform detailed integration design using Swagger
• Collaborate with architects and developers on technical solutions
• Coordinate technical and project dependencies with other IT teams
• Conduct initial integration tests
• Analyze errors/defects
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of integration topics (Web Services, Microservices, SOA)
• Higher education (IT or economics/business)
• Ability to analyze business needs and functional requirements
• Ability to model IT systems and knowledge of UML
• Knowledge of Enterprise Architect, PlantUML, or another CASE tool
• Knowledge of MS SQL or other relational databases (CRUD)
• Knowledge of distributed IT system architecture
• At least 5 years of experience in IT projects as a system analyst (financial/insurance industry preferred)
• Analytical thinking and ability to work with documentation
• Good organization, attention to quality and deadlines
• Ability to facilitate workshops (moderate discussions, keep meeting goals, collect decisions)
• English B2/C1 for documentation and meetings
