Description

Provide administrative and IT project support to an IT Senior Project Manager and a multidisciplinary team delivering a major amusement-sector initiative in Saudi Arabia. You will prepare meeting notes, summaries, and agreed actions, create and update professional presentations and deliverables, and coordinate tasks as project priorities evolve. The role operates in a fast-paced, consulting-style environment with close collaboration with the client team in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Prepare clear meeting notes, summaries, and agreed actions to ensure stakeholder alignment
• Create, update, and refine presentations and other IT project deliverables to a professional standard
• Provide administrative and IT project-related support to the Senior Project Manager and the project team
• Coordinate diverse activities and tasks arising from evolving project requirements, ensuring follow-up and escalation
• Maintain effective information flow among project participants and support on-time completion of assigned tasks

Requirements

• Proven organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
• Proactivity, autonomy, and flexibility in responding to project demands
• Experience working under time pressure in dynamic environments while maintaining high quality
• Resilience and strong sense of responsibility for assigned work
• Ability to produce high-quality materials and presentations for internal teams and client review
• English proficiency at minimum C1 level
• Willingness to organize working time flexibly and work additional hours during peak activity
• Consulting experience or experience on projects for demanding clients (advantage)
