Description

You will lead and oversee the consistency and documentation of a bank’s design system for retail and corporate digital banking. The role focuses on designing precise, pixel-perfect interfaces for web and mobile apps, creating interactive prototypes and visual concepts, and partnering with UX and engineering teams to deliver cohesive experiences.

Responsibilities

• Maintain design system consistency and documentation

• Design pixel-perfect UI for web and mobile banking applications

• Create interactive prototypes, visual concepts, and style guides

• Collaborate with UX Designers for consistent digital experiences

• Work with engineering teams to validate technical feasibility and correct implementation

• Promote accessibility and responsive design best practices

• Track UI design trends, tools, and technologies

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of commercial UI design experience

• Practical, documented experience designing for business banking (SME/corporate clients) is mandatory

• Experience designing fintech/banking products for both web and mobile

• Understanding of banking products (bank accounts, business packages/plans, investment products)

• Strong, polished, user-centered portfolio (portfolio submission required)

• Proficient with Figma, Protopie, Framer (AI-supported tools are a plus)

• Deep understanding of color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy

• Experience with design systems and component-based approach

• Ability to create motion design, animations, and microinteractions

• Experience working in Agile with cross-functional teams

• Strong analytical skills, creativity in problem-solving, and high attention to detail

• Fluent English (spoken and written)
