Description

You will take real responsibility for developing an Odoo-based portfolio of products focused on eCommerce. The role covers market/customer needs analysis, defining functionality, managing the roadmap, and ensuring product quality from delivery to continuous improvement. You will work closely with development, implementation, marketing, sales, and customers to support product strategy and commercial success.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Odoo products

• Manage backlog and set priorities for the development team

• Analyze customer/partner/market needs and translate them into product direction

• Make product decisions considering business value, costs, and technical feasibility

• Partner with the Odoo implementation team to identify customer needs and develop new features

• Prepare functional documentation, mockups, and specifications for developers

• Run acceptance of new features and ensure product quality

• Monitor competitors and market trends to identify new portfolio opportunities

• Develop the portfolio of apps, connectors, and modules published in Odoo Apps and other marketplaces

• Co-create go-to-market strategy with marketing and sales

• Create product materials: demo scenarios, documentation, landing pages, and sales-support content

• Participate in webinars, conferences, and product presentations as a product expert

• Track product usage, collect user feedback, and initiate improvements

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, eCommerce, ERP, or business system implementations

• Experience building or evolving digital products

• Ability to make product decisions and manage a backlog

• Experience working with development teams

• Ability to translate business needs into product functionality

• Experience preparing functional documentation

• Very good organization and independence

• Experience collaborating with clients and stakeholders

• Communicative English (B2 or higher)
