Description

You will collaborate with key business users and stakeholders to consolidate requirements, perform analyses, and propose solutions for IT projects within the bank. You will prepare analyses and configure IT project parameters, present solution proposals, and work closely with developers and the project manager throughout application development. The role also includes continuously improving related processes and supporting tools to advance the bank’s digitalization.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with key business users and business stakeholders

• Consolidate requirements and design solutions within the bank

• Prepare analyses and set parameters for IT projects

• Present proposed solutions and analysis results

• Collaborate with the development team and project manager during the full application development lifecycle

• Continuously improve related processes and tools to support bank digitalization

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst

• At least 1 year of experience in the financial sector

• Understanding of processes and applications in a financial environment

• Experience with process analysis and process mapping

• Very good communication and presentation skills; friendly personality

• Knowledge of financial markets is an advantage

• Knowledge of UML and experience with case tools (EA, Visio, Draw.io, etc.) is a strong advantage
