Description

Join the team maintaining hundreds of applications supporting banking clients. You will ensure IT service quality for applications by deploying updates, handling incidents and requests through a ticketing system, managing access, and monitoring alerts in production environments. You’ll also contribute to technical documentation and support related projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the required level of IT service for client applications
• Install and configure new software versions and patches in an integrated business environment; maintain “Asseco BooX” environments
• Handle, analyze, and resolve application and environment tickets/incidents
• Grant permissions and manage application/environment access
• Monitor supported applications and respond to monitoring alerts
• Co-create technical documentation and a knowledge base for application maintenance
• Participate in company projects and support other internal teams within your expertise

Requirements

• About 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Practical knowledge of Linux and Unix/Linux server administration
• Experience with containerization and Docker cluster management tools (e.g., OpenShift, Rancher)
• Experience installing and configuring business applications in an integrated Linux environment
• Experience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL)
• Collaboration experience with infrastructure administrators and application developers for projects and service tasks
• Problem-solving skills for client and internal incident reports
• Knowledge of web server administration (e.g., Apache, Tomcat)
• Bash shell scripting
• Team collaboration mindset and effective communication
• Willingness to work shifts and perform standby/on-call duties
