• Schedule: Shift work for 24/7 application operations

Description

You will support the continuous operation of banking-sector applications and environments, including Asseco BooX, ensuring an appropriate level of IT services for clients.

The position involves installing and configuring application versions and patches, managing incidents and requests via a ticket system, handling user access/permissions, and monitoring application health with alert response.

You will also contribute to technical documentation and knowledge base materials, and support projects within your expertise.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper IT service delivery for client applications

• Install and configure new application versions and patches in a large integrated business environment

• Maintain Asseco BooX application environments

• Process and analyze tickets related to application/environment incidents and requests

• Grant and manage application and environment access permissions

• Monitor supported applications and respond to monitoring alerts

• Co-create technical documentation and knowledge base for application maintenance

• Participate in Asseco projects and support other teams within your competencies

Requirements

• Experience installing and configuring business applications in an integrated Linux environment

• Database experience: Oracle and PostgreSQL

• Knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems

• Collaboration-oriented approach and effective communication

• Willingness to work shifts and take part in standby/on-call duties

• Ability to handle incidents/requests using a ticketing system
